- 09:45 AM – 11:00 AM: Presentation of First Aid and Practice – First aid kit contents, Approach to patient/ Patient assessment and calling for help/ CPR practice
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Presentation of First Aid and Practice – Medical Emergencies – Chest pain, Asthma, Allergies and Anaphylaxis, Stroke, Diabetes mellitus
- 12:30 PM – 01:00 PM: Presentation of First Aid and Practice – Trauma Emergencies – Head injury, Burns, Bleeding and shock, Drowning, Fracture – splinting and bandaging, Impaled objects, Foreign body in eye ear nose, and throat
- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Lunch
- 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Presentation of First Aid and Practice – Environmental and toxicology – Animal bites, Snake bites, Scorpion stings, Bee stings, Heat illnesses, Poisoning
- 03:00 PM – 04:45 PM: Presentation on CPR and practice – Adult CPR, Infant CPR, Relieving Choking
- 04:45 PM – 05:00 PM: Post-test
